Due to the handmade nature of each item, slight variations in finishing and shape may occur.
Hand wash in lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
Do not tumble dry, as it may cause the fabric to shrink or lose its shape.
Please take care when placing sharp objects inside, as they may damage the fabric.
The placement of the fabric pattern may vary from the product images due to the cutting process.
Damage caused by improper handling is not eligible for exchange. Please avoid pulling the product with excessive force or snagging it on corners or sharp objects.

As each item is made to order, please allow approximately 4–8 business days for production before shipment.
Please note that made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return due to a change of mind. Exchanges or returns are accepted only for defective products.
